Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Collections Representative to
manage high-volume customer accounts and resolve complex
collections issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive
relationships with customers
Utilize advanced skills to recover aging invoices and analyze data
to solve complex problems
Support training and mentoring of team members in best practices
and strategies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 4 years of experience in collections, cash applications,
credit, accounts payable, or related finance roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
