A new Direct Hire opportunity from Fresno AppleOne! Growing Fresno County business is looking to hire their new Human Resources Generalist. This position will be responsible for providing strategic, technical and tactical support for a full variety of human resource functions, development of department goals, objectives, strategies and systems with key managers.

The HR Generalist will also provide support and be a resource for employees while building and maintaining a healthy relationship with all employees. Administration of various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees; development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintenance of Personnel Policy Manual and other Human

Resource policies and procedures. HR Generalist candidates who earned a 4 years Bachelors Degree and have 3 plus in a HR role with strong communication and MS Software skills can forward their resume to the Fresno AppleOne office!
