Job Description:
A company is looking for a UKG-Dayforce Marketing Sr. Associate,
responsible for executing marketing strategies to grow UKG and
Dayforce services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support UKG and
Dayforce capabilities
Collaborate with business leaders to create content and demand
generation strategies
Manage marketing metrics and serve as the primary contact for
results reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
Experience in developing joint go-to-market plans with application
providers preferred
Understanding of HR and payroll software solutions preferred
Experience in a complex, matrixed environment
