Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to engineering managers and
technical leads
Develop and implement the technical vision and engineering
roadmap
Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering talent to build a
high-performing team
Required Qualifications
15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role
Strong technical foundation in modern full-stack development
practices and tools
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and
cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated expertise in budget management and strategic
planning
Track record of successfully executing projects in dynamic
environments
