The position is with a decades old family-owned firm, specializing in Urban Design, Land Planning, Engineering, Surveying, and Construction Staking. - Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Excel
- Skilled in various aspects of civil design, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and street frontage improvements
- Adept in the development of construction drawings for subdivisions, commercial, industrial, and multi-family land uses
- Expertise in cost estimating, project management, and effectively coordinating with private consultants and public agencies
- Able to interact seamlessly with peers, clients, and sub-consultants enhances project efficiency and success
