Key Responsibilities
Identify AI implementation opportunities across the life sciences
portfolio
Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team to achieve AI
project goals
Collaborate with product owners and biologists to understand
workflows and business value
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of industry experience with 2+ years in engineering
management
Experience delivering working ML/AI products
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data
preprocessing
Experience with current commercial LLMs like GPT-4
