A company is looking for a Provider Partnerships Regional
Manager to drive health outcomes through better nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers
to achieve revenue targets
Conduct team meetings, 1:1s, and performance management
processes
Review meeting recordings to provide feedback and implement best
practices
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development
At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role,
preferably in a high-growth startup
Experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing
sales teams
Ability to leverage data and data tools, specifically Salesforce,
to inform strategy
Aptitude for learning new systems
