Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Project Training to assist
with client-specific initiatives in the biotechnology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance client trainings to improve customer
satisfaction and compliance
Define training plans, design instructional materials, and provide
ongoing training for project teams
Compile quality assurance data, prepare reports, and assist with
internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
US RN License OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker required
Recent psychology experience within a mental health facility or
clinic preferred
Experience developing curriculum and facilitating training
sessions
Working knowledge of prior authorizations and benefit
investigations preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
