A leading healthcare organization in Visalia is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing team.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the possibility to work extended hours as needed Responsibilities:
  
  The Occupational Therapist (OT) will:
  • Evaluate and reassess participants upon referral from the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy program for PACE participants.
  • Develop and oversee functional maintenance programs.
  • Communicate data and information to the primary care staff and other Interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide and recommend therapeutic exercises to participants. Qualifications:
    • Occupational Therapist (OT) ;license
    • CPR/BLS certification
    • CA driver's license
    • Minimum of 2 years of Clinical experience with the physically-disabled Adult population Desired Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      • Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and occupational therapy best practices
