Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse & Agency
Administrator in Lexington/Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure regulatory compliance by managing records, reports, and
certifications
Promote quality of care through in-home observation visits and
performance evaluations
Administer training and development for Care Pros, ensuring
compliance with state regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Valid North Carolina license as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of two years of direct healthcare experience, with at least
one year in a supervisory role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Strong understanding of regulatory standards in home health
care
Willingness to commute in the Lexington/Winston-Salem market 3-4
times per week
