• Certification Details
• American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
• For any position requiring a license or certification, on-line verification with a machine-generated date within the past 30 days is necessary.
• Certificate is required for RNs in Birth Center.
• AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification is required.
• A Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen test result is mandatory.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccine, declination, or exemption (with agency letterhead) is required, except declinations are not accepted for CA or IL.
• Proof of MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations or primary source IgG titers are required.
• A physical/health statement indicating the candidate is fit to work is needed.
