Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Shift Supervisor to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the activities of our Line Service Technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, crew, and passengers.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Direct: Supervise and direct the activities of Line Service Technicians, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
• Aircraft Handling: Ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including fueling, de-icing, and marshaling.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to aircraft crew and passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Team Management: Manage and develop a team of Line Service Technicians, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed, and that the team is aware of and adheres to all relevant regulations and policies.Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the aviation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any other relevant certifications or licenses required by the company or regulatory authorities.Working Conditions:
