Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist with
experience in managing the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Administer benefit plans and assist with annual open enrollment
Conduct employee onboarding and facilitate performance reviews
Maintain compliance with training requirements and manage employee
culture events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
PHR certification is a plus
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
