Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies for
consulting practices
Coordinate performance management, talent health reviews, and
compensation cycles
Consult with managers on employee relations and engagement
plans
Required Qualifications and Education
5-7 years of HR management experience
Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
Demonstrated success in coaching and developing managers
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred
Experience in professional services or consulting is a plus
