Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Client Services professional to
manage client relationships and support program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a large set of existing clients and provide regular
communications and support
Develop and update program materials, including quarterly
newsletters
Support financial institutions in implementing the FICO Score Open
Access program and deliver exceptional client experiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in
program management, client support, or business analysis
Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality customer
experiences
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and
prioritize effectively
Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and
contributing to process improvement
FICO product knowledge is a plus
