Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center
Representative to provide patient support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to provide
customer information and support
Deliver educational materials and program information to healthcare
providers and patients
Document all interactions accurately and maintain compliance with
program standards
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma required; college degree preferred
Minimum of one year of inbound contact center experience
Customer service experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare
environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks
Fully competent in MS Office applications
