Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Advocate II to provide
exemplary customer service to borrowers during the mortgage
application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Find solutions to loan conditions and explain underwriting
requirements to borrowers
Address and resolve consumer concerns related to loan processing
and underwriting approval
Assist team members and collaborate with various departments to
ensure timely loan processing
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required
Multi-state processing experience is preferred
Familiarity with external overlays related to investors
Working knowledge of mortgage-related software and ability to learn
proprietary software
Solid knowledge of TRID, RESPA, FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, and VA program
guidelines
