Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant, Associate to analyze and
recommend strategies for business growth and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct industry and user research, including market trends and
expert interviews
Perform data analysis for market sizing and revenue modeling
Create and deliver internal strategy presentations, including board
meeting materials
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier school with 3-4 years of
experience, or a graduate degree (e.g., MBA) with 1-2 years of
experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or company
strategy team
Demonstrable passion for the company's mission and culture
Collaborative and flexible work style with a strong service
mentality
Strong interest in Learning and Development
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
