A company is looking for an IFS Vendor Coordinator to oversee facility operations and vendor management.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee and complete work orders, providing updates to the Operations Manager
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities and minor projects, ensuring effective execution


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
Associate's degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
2+ years of commercial real estate experience in an administrative capacity
Familiarity with Corrigo CMMS is preferred
