Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Help Desk Technician to
provide technical support for faculty and students in an online
educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable and empathetic support to students, faculty,
and staff via phone and email
Log and document all interactions, including actions taken and
final resolutions
Guide users through troubleshooting steps and escalate cases when
necessary
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably
in a help desk role within an educational setting
Excellent knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems, as well
as mobile OS
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Internet browsers
Knowledge of relevant specialty software (e.g., Adobe Creative
Cloud Suite, AutoCAD) is a plus
