Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative
(SDR) Manager to establish and execute their SDR function.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, engage with prospects, and qualify opportunities
for the sales team
Create and implement effective strategies for lead generation and
define processes for a scalable SDR function
Track and report on lead conversion rates and provide insights for
improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B or business-to-government sales
development or inside sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work
experience
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and qualification as an
individual contributor
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Experience in Education or EdTech is preferred
